Daisy & Pepper Jack are a pair of outdoor pigs in need of a new home due to animal control. Daisy escapes & wanders, so secure fencing will be needed at the new home. (PPN recommends hog panel & t-posts.) They are both good with other animals, and like cats and other animals. Daisy does have some problems with one particular dog, but is fine with others. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) Both pigs are good with children.
Daisy is sassy and bossy, but sweet. Pepper Jack is really sweet and mild mannered.
Transportation is available within 150 miles to the new home.
Pepper Jack is neutered, but Daisy is not altered so arrangements must be made to spay. She may need to diet before this can be done. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Spaying prevents unwanted litters, curbs behavior problems, and prevents uterine tumors.
