Pickle is a neutered indoor piggy in need of a new home due to health issues his parents are facing. He's a playful and funny guy who is housebroken and harness trained. He hasn't been around kids, but is good with dogs and lived with a Staffordshire terrier all his life. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) Unfortunately, the staffie just passed away and Pickle isn't taking it very well. A home where he'll get lots of attention - nay maybe even get a piggy friend - would be ideal. He can be a little territorial when new adults come in the home. He will sit for treats.
His mom said this about him: Pickle has a strong personality and very mischievous. I have to keep my lazy Susan cabinet blocked at all times or Pickle gets into it. He used to love to get the dog in trouble. The dog would stand at the edge of Pickle’s blanket and Pickle would holler at him so I would yell. He would tell to get the dog in trouble even when the dog wasn’t anywhere near him. We have puppy pads down for him to use when he’s in the house and he loves to play with the clean ones. He swings them around and turns in circles with them until he falls over. He’s so funny to watch.
Transportation is available within 100 miles (max) to the new home.
