Pua in Hillsboro, OR
Pua

Pua is an unaltered male in need of a new home where he'll be less lonely. He had to be separated from the goats, who were his buddies, because they were eating his food and he started losing weight. He's a sweet guy who enjoys company, so this is heartbreaking for him.

Pua is very friendly and loves to be scratched. He's a very social boy who prefers to be around people and other animals. He is very friendly with all ages. He's fine with all animals, and has lived with goats and horses. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) He is a kune kune.

Transportation is available within 20 miles to the new home.

Pua is not altered so arrangements must be made to neuter prior to adoption. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Neutering prevents behavior issues and eliminates that classic boar odor.

If you are interested in adopting, please complete the application and mention the name, city, and state of the pig(s) you're interested in: https://www.pigplacementnetwork.org/online-adoption-application/

Qualified homes must 1) be in a zone friendly community, 2) locate a vet that will care for pet pigs, 3) own their home.
