Pumba in Kokomo, IN
Pumba

Pumba's family is sadly having to rehome him. They thought they would have moved already, but they still do not have a home, and they know he'll be easier to rehome now that when he's an adult. He's a sweet guy who is good with all children, as well as with all other animals he's met, especially the little yorkie! (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) He is crate trained and housebroken. He is so quirky and energetic, he loves to run with you.

Transportation is available within 100 miles to the new home.

Pumba is not altered so arrangements must be made to neuter prior to adoption. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Neutering prevents behavior issues and eliminates that classic boar odor. Altering piggies when they're young is safer and usually less expensive than waiting until it becomes a problem or a medical emergency.

If you are interested in adopting, please complete the application and mention the name, city, and state of the pig(s) you're interested in: https://www.pigplacementnetwork.org/online-adoption-application/

Qualified homes must 1) be in a zone friendly community, 2) locate a vet that will care for pet pigs, 3) own their home.

Donations to PPN are greatly appreciated so we can continue to help pigs.
