Sofia is a sweet outdoor piggy who lives in a barn. She's a mellow and lazy girl who keeps to herself and will answer to her name. She does enjoy wandering the backyard and is more active in the warmer months. She's good with kids and has been around ages 7 & up. Sofia also does fine around other animals like dogs & cats. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) Her owner is leaving the country and needs to find her a permanent home before they leave.
Transportation is available (within reason) to the new home.
Sofia is not altered so arrangements must be made to spay. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Spaying prevents unwanted litters, curbs behavior problems, and prevents uterine tumors. She will need to be dieted before she can be safely spayed, as she is obese.
