Willie in West Springfield, VA
Willie

Niblets and Willie are two pigs in need of a home. They do well with adults, kids, dogs, & cats. (Dogs and pigs should always be supervised and never left alone when together.) They are both crate trained, housebroken, and up to date on shots. They spend the day outside and have a dog house for shelter, but sleep inside in crates.

Niblets is a sweet girl who loves her belly rubbed. She likes to be around people. Willie is more shy around people at first, but will warm up. He also loves his belly rubbed.

Transportation is available within 25 miles to the new home.

Willie is neutered, but Niblets is not altered so arrangements must be made to spay prior to adoption. Intact pigs do not make the best companion animals. Spaying prevents unwanted litters, curbs behavior problems, and prevents uterine tumors. Altering piggies when they're young is safer and usually less expensive than waiting until it becomes a problem or a medical emergency.

If you are interested in adopting, please complete the application and mention the name, city, and state of the pig(s) you're interested in: https://www.pigplacementnetwork.org/online-adoption-application/

Qualified homes must 1) be in a zone friendly community, 2) locate a vet that will care for pet pigs, 3) own their home.
